Delivery Options

FREE UK Delivery – Orders Over £30

  • Next-Day Delivery (order before 2pm): FREE

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days.

UK Orders Under £30

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) – £3.99

  • Express Delivery (1–3 working days) – £5.99

📦 All orders are fully tracked. At checkout you can leave delivery instructions (e.g. leave with a neighbour or in a safe place).


Regional Surcharges

Some postcodes carry an additional charge and may take up to 7 working days for delivery. The surcharge is £5.99 per 28kg parcel and applies to the following areas:

  • Northern Highlands (AB37–38, AB55–56, FK17–20, IV, KW, PH10, PH12, PH15, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50)

  • Aberdeen (AB37–38)

  • Arran (KA27–28)

  • Oban (PA15, PA20–49, PA60–80)

  • Cornwall (TR21–25)

  • Orkney & Shetland (ZE)

  • Isle of Man (IM)

  • Isle of Wight (PO30–41)

  • Northern Ireland (BT)

❌ We do not ship to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be returned unopened and in their original condition.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us at support@petbrandsaver.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with a product?
Yes — if you return an item within 30 days in its original, unopened condition, we’ll refund the full value. If you received free delivery, the refund will be minus the outgoing delivery charge.

What if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product, please email or call us immediately. Leave the parcel in the condition it arrived — we’ll arrange a return and send the correct item at no extra cost.

What if my order is damaged, missing, or stolen?
All orders are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 14 days with your order number.

  • For damaged goods, please include clear photos of the parcel in the condition it arrived.

  • Keep the packaging and items until we confirm whether a return is needed.

  • If confirmed, we’ll arrange collection at no cost to you and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
