Ordering
How do I place an order?
Ordering with Pet Brand Saver is simple: browse our products using the search bar or navigation menu, add items to your basket, and checkout securely online.
Can I order over the phone?
At the moment, we only accept online orders. If you need help, you can reach our customer support team at support@petbrandsaver.com or call 01254 449030.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we can make changes or cancel it for a full refund. If your order has already left our warehouse, you’ll need to return it to us once it arrives. See our Returns Policy below.
Shipping & Delivery
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a small delivery charge applies.
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. You can also view your order status in your account.
What if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. You can also provide delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. “leave with neighbour” or “leave in a safe place”).
What if my order is delayed or goes missing?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 72 hours of dispatch, contact us at support@petbrandsaver.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with our courier. If necessary, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
How do I return an item?
Please email support@petbrandsaver.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the returns process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if I receive the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product, contact us straight away. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover the return costs of the incorrect one.
What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email them to us. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Product Information
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We only stock official, branded products from trusted suppliers such as Pedigree, Whiskas, Cesar, Sheba, Dreamies, Webbox, and Crave.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — many of our products are available in bulk packs, helping you save more when you buy more.
Do you sell subscriptions or auto-delivery?
Not at the moment, but we are working on a subscription service to make reordering even easier.
